Ferrari Development served as development manager.

The new PreSonus Audio Headquarters in Baton Rouge is a purpose-built, single-story 45,000 square-foot building on an 8-acre site, with a pond and an outdoor concert-ready deck. The program includes an advanced sound room and recording studio.

Ferrari Development ran the project as occupier build-to-suit: site through design, permitting, and delivery of a headquarters that had to work as a workplace and as a working studio.
