Ferrari Development (FD) played a pivotal role as the developer for two innovative urgent care facilities located in Swartz and Rayville, North Louisiana. These facilities are part of the Premier Health network, a leading national medical group specializing in expanding health systems across the country. Operating under the St. Francis banner, these urgent cares represent a significant stride in healthcare delivery.

One of the standout achievements of this project was the development of a new prototype building. This prototype was meticulously designed to be not just functional but highly efficient. It accommodates the need for patients to have the option of being treated in their vehicles, a feature particularly crucial in the current healthcare landscape, alongside traditional in-building care. The design ensures a compact footprint, with each building spanning approximately 3,500 square feet, while still delivering comprehensive care capabilities.

The successful implementation of this prototype brought multifaceted benefits: it met the specific needs of the medical operator, aligned with FD's development and ownership goals, and provided an efficient blueprint for the contractor who simultaneously constructed both facilities. This project exemplifies FD's commitment to innovative, responsive, and efficient healthcare facility development.
