Tidal Wave

Ferrari Development, with Olson Land Development, formed OLP Wash Partners to expand Tidal Wave Auto Spa in the southeastern U.S., especially Florida. Typical sites were 1.5 to 2 acres, with a main building around 3,500 sq. ft. The partnership handled land acquisition, design, permitting, and construction. Sites also included supplementary structures such as vacuum canopies, vac house enclosures, and vehicle prep areas, integrating technology to elevate the customer experience.
